‘Southern Charm’ Star Craig Conover Admits He’s an Alcoholic in Candid Conversation With Austen Krol

He expressed regret, admitting that trying to avoid alcohol was impacting his friendship: "I was like, f—, me trying not to be an alcoholic is now affecting my friendship with Austen.”

Emphasizing the emotional toll of his struggles, Conover revealed, “I gotta stay on my couch because if I leave my couch, I’m gonna drink a bottle of Jager and do dumb s—.” Kroll, taken aback by Conover’s admission, noted he had never heard him refer to himself as an addict.
