Los Angeles D.A. Nathan Hochman appears to be shutting down any chance the Menendez brothers will be released from prison in the near future. Hochman maintains that Lyle and Erik, who are serving life sentences for the 1989 murders of their parents, still do not qualify for a new trial or resentencing.
