A bombshell new audio tape between Jay-Z’s accuser and private investigators could be a key piece of evidence, as the rap mogul sues the woman for defamation. Last December, the women, known only as Jane Doe, claimed Jay-Z and Diddy “drugged and raped” her when shew as only 13 at an after-party for the 2000 VMAs. Her attorney was Tony Buzbee, who also filed a slew of lawsuits against Diddy. But just last month, that woman permanently withdrew her lawsuit. Now, in the recordings obtained by ABC News, she’s not just heard recanting her claims against Jay-Z, she also tells the private investigators that her lawyer is the one who put her up to it. Buzbee calls that claim a “blatant lie” that is “directly contrary to all the documentary evidence.”
