Beef stroganoff is a classic bit of comfort… creamy, tender cuts of beef and gorgeous toasty mushrooms resulting in a rich sauce that just infuses the rice with flavour. This is one of my earliest memories working in the kitchen as a young lad, in awe of the smells and sounds of cooking. If you’ve not tried this before, you’ve got to now!
