One user remarked, “Carrie Underwood’s face doesn’t move,” while another noted, “how Carrie Underwood had (something) happen to her face, and how she didn’t show much emotion.” Additional comments questioned the extent of Botox she may have received: “How much botox is Carrie Underwood packing into her lips and face? Yikes,” and some lamented her altered look, with one user saying, “Sorry – Carrie Underwood had an amazing face – she didn’t need the fake lips.”

In response to the rampant speculation, plastic surgery expert Dr. Giselle Prado-Wright, who has not treated Underwood, suggests that “she may have had a few cosmetic procedures.” Dr. Prado-Wright pointed out that Underwood’s lips appear uniformly plump, indicative of filler use, while her cheek structure suggests filler as well.
