Recently terminated Department of Education employees returned to their office in Washington, DC with a 30-minute allotment of time to clear their desks and leave, as the Trump administration forges ahead with their plan to dismantle the agency. CNN’s Sunlen Serfaty reports the agency’s workers were emotional as they gathered outside the office.
