President Trump claimed that his pick to be the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, retired Lt. Gen. John Dan "Razin" Caine, wore a MAGA hat and said he’d kill for Trump when they met. However during his confirmation hearing, Caine told Senators that he never wore political merchandise or said he’d kill for Trump. Caine believes Trump mistook him for someone else.
