CASABLANCA Fall/Winter 2025/2026 Best Looks Paris – in collaboration with Explora Journeys
Charaf Tajer’s Casablanca Fall 2025 collection embraced kaizen, the philosophy of continual self-improvement. “I’m always working on myself, and the same applies to the brand,” he shared. This refreshing humility contrasted with an industry often resistant to change.
The collection explored a Japanese duality—vibrant nightlife versus Yakuza-inspired tailoring. While this created an engaging runway concept, it risked oversimplifying a deeply layered fashion culture. Casablanca’s playful kawaii elements merged with corporate-inspired tailoring, but the latter didn’t quite command attention in an already competitive space.
Casablanca excelled in its signature party-ready designs. A zip-up shirt dress and knit polo with retro Mazda-style stripes offered a nostalgic punch. Moto looks, bold womenswear separates, and gangster-chic tracksuits stayed true to the brand’s identity. Unexpected ski and snowboard influences added a lively, if puzzling, twist.
