Meghan Markle’s As Ever debut faced significant challenges after its launch on April 2, which quickly sold out, but then failed to fulfill several customers’ orders for the limited-edition wildflower honey with honeycomb. Meghan has also faced trademark setbacks; in March 2024, the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) rejected her application for the brand originally named American Riviera Orchard due to restrictions on trademarking geographic names.
