**Chrissy Metz Reflects on Her Journey from Memoir to Children’s Books**

Chrissy Metz credits her journey into children’s literature to the personal growth she experienced while writing her memoir, *This Is Me: Loving the Person You Are Today*, released in 2018. The 44-year-old actress discusses her upcoming children’s book, *When I Talk to God, I Talk About Feelings*, set for release on April 8. After co-authoring *When I Talk to God, I Talk About You* with her now-ex-boyfriend Bradley Collins in 2023, Metz’s latest book focuses on using faith and prayer to navigate feelings.
