Last year, former Combs producer Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones accused Gooding, 57, of sexual harassment and assault while aboard Combs’ yacht in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The suit claims Gooding "began touching, groping, and fondling Mr. Jones’ legs, his upper inner thighs near his groin, the small of his back near his buttocks, and his shoulders" after Combs allegedly introduced them and left them alone in a studio.
