It’s the bizarre caught-on-camera L.A. manhunt that ended with a shocking Hollywood twist! California Highway Patrol on Thursday was on the hunt for three males involved in a freeway crash. After one of the suspects entered the neighborhood of Weezer bassist Scott Shriner, police say his wife Jillian Lauren exited her home holding a gun and took aim at officers. The LAPD says they told Lauren to drop her weapon “numerous times” before opening fire, wounding her in the shoulder. She was later arrested and booked on suspicion of attempted murder.
