Ben Affleck was all smiles as he stopped by the construction site of his new home, taking time to chat with crew members and check in on the progress of his upcoming mansion. Dressed casually in plaid and denim and appearing in good spirits, the Oscar-winning actor looked hands-on as he oversaw details of the build. However, the visit wasn’t without a hiccup — a nearby neighbor was seen waiting patiently for Affleck to move his black Escalade, which had inadvertently blocked her driveway.
