Yield: One 12-ounce serving

Ingredients

1/4 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 teaspoons powdered lemonade drink mix, such as Kool-Aid (from a 0.23 ounce packet)
8 ounces hard seltzer iced tea (see Cook’s Note)
1 thinly sliced lemon wheel, for serving

Directions

Whisk the heavy cream and powdered lemonade drink mix in a medium bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy and able to hold medium-stiff peaks, about 1 minute.

Pour the hard seltzer into a rocks glass filled halfway with ice. Top with the whipped lemonade and serve with a lemon wheel on the rim.

Cook’s Note

Replace the hard seltzer iced tea with 8 ounces sweetened black iced tea for a non-alcoholic version of this drink.
