Jeff Bezos Megamansion Project Comes To A Halt As He Awaits Further Approval

Jeff Bezos’s plan to expand his $165 million Beverly Hills mega-mansion has been put on hold indefinitely after he failed to complete a planning application for a new ‘game court fence.’ The original application, which had been granted in 2021, asked to add around 1,000 square feet to the 28,000-square-foot mansion. An additional request submitted in January this year was denied because it was incomplete. The extension will remain on hold until a hearing date is set. The property is part of Bezos’s $600 million real-estate portfolio, and he splits his time between the homes with girlfriend Lauren Sanchez.
