Céline Dion Took NEAR-LETHAL Levels of Valium Amid Health Battle

Céline Dion reveals she took 90 grams of Valium per day just to get through a performance, as her body was wracked with pain and spasms from a then-undiagnosed condition, now known to be stiff-person syndrome. The singer shared in a sit-down with NBC’s Hoda Kotb that she had started out with a few milligrams, but it increased quickly and dramatically to a level that could make you “stop breathing.” Céline also opened up about the devastating repercussions of her illness and how she pushed through to keep performing.
