The devastating wildfires that ravaged Malibu’s coast have left Janet Jackson’s former Carbon Beach home in ruins. The once 5,600-square-foot estate, known for its stunning panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, was reduced to ashes as the community now faces the challenge of rebuilding. Originally built in the 1960s, the luxurious property featured 70 feet of beach frontage and a sprawling beachfront deck. The home was later purchased by renowned designer Kelly Wearstler and her husband, Brad Korzen, CEO of the Kor Group. Their loss is one of many as Malibu residents begin to assess the extensive wildfire damage.
