Bennet pressed Kennedy Jr. on past statements, asking, “Did you say that Covid-19 was a genetically engineered bioweapon that targets Black and white people, but spared Ashkenazi Jews and Chinese people?” Kennedy Jr. responded that he quoted “an NIH study.”
Bennet continued questioning Kennedy Jr. about Lyme disease, asking if he ever claimed it was “highly likely a militarily engineered bioweapon.” Kennedy Jr. acknowledged he “probably did say that,” prompting Bennet to emphasize for his colleagues to hear his admission.
