On February 19, Lizzo shared another revealing photo in just a black bra and underwear with the caption, "Me myself & all my Memes." Throughout her weight loss journey, which began in 2024, Lizzo has been open about how she has achieved her results, clarifying that she is not using medication, despite speculation about Ozempic. Supporters have defended her against critics, with one user stating, "I used to weigh 400 [pounds] and you can [definitely] tell the difference when it’s natural and when it ain’t," adding, "Whatever she’s doing she looks good.
