Country star Ingrid Andress performs "The Star-Spangled Banner" at a Colorado Avalanche game Feb. 28, 7 months after entering rehab following her viral drunk performance of the national anthem. Back in July, the singer, 33, confessed to being drunk when she fumbled the national anthem at the baseball game before revealing that she would be entering rehab after the immediate blowback from her performance.
