DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 380
2. Combine lemon pepper seasoning, 2 tsp cayenne pepper, paprika, and onion powder in a small bowl.
3. Line a sheet pan and lay the chicken thighs down then drizzle about 2 tbsp of neutral cooking oil to the chicken and sprinkle the spice mixture throughout the chicken. Add a slice of lemon on the chicken then place in the oven for 20 minutes
4. While waiting for the chicken, make the honey glaze by combining honey, oyster sauce, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, red pepper flakes & 2 tsp cayenne pepper
5. Heat this mixture up in a pan until it reduces and turns into a glaze
6. After 20 minutes, take the chicken out and brush it with the honey glaze and put it back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
7. Once it’s done, serve it with rice
