After some tension regarding the filming of their reality TV show, the director, Sophie (guest star Hollis Jane Andrews), plans a surprise for Dr. Shaun Murphy (Freddie Highmore) and Lea (Paige Spara) as a show of goodwill. It’s a karaoke party with all their friends and colleagues! And there’s a special guest: Dr. Claire Browne (guest star Antonia Thomas).
