Adele Takes Out $38M Mortgage On The $58M Mansion She Purchased From Stallone

Adele made a major real estate splash earlier this year when she bought Sylvester Stallone’s Beverly Park mansion for a staggering $58 million. The singer just took out a $37.7 million mortgage on the property and will pay an estimated $227,000 per month, including property taxes. The eye-popping number shouldn’t be an issue for the chart-topper as her Vegas residency will reportedly net her $1million per show.
