Amber Portwood’s daughter, Leah, revealed her struggles with abandonment issues, fearing her stepmother, Kristina Shirley, might leave her. In the February 20 episode of *Teen Mom: The Next Chapter*, Leah confided to her father, Gary, about her challenges stemming from her mother’s absence. While MTV did not film Leah’s therapy session, Gary shared he believes they touched on the topic of Amber, although he didn’t want to intrude on the conversation.
