Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez were stunned to see their $55 million Bel-Air real-estate deal fall through, but they won’t let it derail them from finding the perfect home. The couple are currently eying the famous $165 million Spelling Manor in Holmby Hills. Ben was forced to put the dream home search on a brief hold as he fulfills his daddy duty by picking up son Samuel from school.
