In the midst of her battle with MS, this was a special moment for Christina Applegate to stop and celebrate as she received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Walking with a cane, Christina took the stage surrounded by family, friends and co-stars, including ‘Married… with Children’s’ Katey Sagal and David Faustino and ‘Dead to Me’s’ Linda Cardellini.
