Simpson’s estate has filed a lawsuit to evict his youngest son, Justin, from the late NFL star’s Las Vegas home, asserting that Justin lacks legal rights to reside there, RadarOnline.com reports. Attorney Malcolm LaVergne criticizes Justin for moving into the house without permission following his father’s death and has requested the court to compel Justin’s company, Primary Holdings, which owns the home, to cede control. was acquitted in the criminal trial, Nicole and Ron’s families received a civil judgment of $33.5 million, which has reportedly ballooned to around $100 million due to accruing interest, as O.J.
