More than two weeks after “General Hospital” star Johnny Wactor was senselessly gunned down by thieves stealing his catalytic converter, his family and friends gathered at the very same spot in Downtown L.A. to rally for justice. No arrests have been made in the case. His brother Grant tells “Extra” he feels a “numbing rage” and is still struggling to comprehend any of it.
