For the team challenge, Ramsay created a new menu presenting pasta dishes for service, the teams had 20 minutes to turn raw dough into pasta. The winning team was treated to wine and cheese. The losing team prepared the remaining pasta.

The the team challenge, Ramsay tested their palates with the blind taste test. The winning team went wine tasting with Ramsay and the losing team had to clean the restaurant’s pots and pans.
