Following their relationship announcement, Furness reportedly expressed her disapproval, calling it a possible “mid-life crisis.” She is allegedly skeptical, believing Jackman’s affection will eventually dwindle, saying, “He’s needy.. and won’t give her space – and that’s just the beginning of why it won’t work out, in her opinion.”

Furness, who was married to Jackman for 27 years, believes the novelty of Jackman and Foster’s romance will fade.
