Justin Bieber wants to make the best album possible and isn’t afraid to turn down mega bucks in the process. Bieber was offered a headliner gig at the uber popular Coachella Music Festival but opted to stay in Los Angeles and craft his next album. The Canadian-born singer is spotted arriving at the recording studio rocking a purple puffer jacket and baggy denim.
