Justin Timberlake is seen handcuffed as he’s led by police to his arraignment on a drunk drinking charge in a photo obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com. Other photos show Justin leaving court after he was arraigned and released early Tuesday morning in the ritzy enclave of Sag Harbor, New York. Justin was pulled over Tuesday 12:37 a.m. after police say he ran a stop sign and was swerving. FOX5’s Jody Goldberg reports the singer told police he had a martini and was headed home and that his eyes were bloodshot and glassy.
