Kanye West is currently under investigation for battery by the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department. Video shows the rapper reaching into a open car window, grabbing a woman’s phone, and then tossing it into the street. The allegedly victim is then seen speaking to police officers and a group of paparazzi. The incident occurred outside the sports complex where Ye’s children play basketball.
