Since Kanye’s purchase, the home has become an eyesore along the prestigious shoreline, showing a disrespect to the renowned architect. The property, now in the hands of ‘Selling Sunset’ star Jason Oppenheim, has been gutted down to its bare concrete structure, presenting a unique set of challenges, including an ongoing lawsuit with the previous remodel manager over creative differences. The 4,000 square foot home is awaiting a bold buyer willing to take on the daunting task of completing the project from the ground up.
