Victoria’s Secret model Karlie Kloss and her husband, businessman Joshua Kushner, have made a major real estate move by acquiring the iconic Malibu ‘Wave House’ for $29.5 million. Designed by architect Harry Gesner and nestled in a private cove near Kim Kardashian’s estate, the 6-bedroom, 8-bathroom oceanside gem was originally listed at $49.5 million. This marks the first time in over 30 years that the home, once owned by singer Rod Stewart and Warner Bros. executive Mo Ostin, has changed hands.
