Sometimes the biggest names in Hollywood fail to follow the rules! Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Sylvester Stallone, Dwyane Wade And Kevin Hart are among those being busted for ignoring ordinances regarding water limits. In the midst of the third consecutive drought year, the Las Virgenes Municipal Water District flagged 2000+ residents of Los Angeles by issuing issued "notices of exceedance" for surpassing monthly water limits by 150% at least four times. Wade’s water usage was the most egregious, exceeding the limit by 1400%!
