Baldoni also published texts with Lively, 37, from April 2023, where she described her creative style: “If you knew me (in person) longer you’d have a sense of how flirty and yummy the ball-busting will play. The conflict escalated in December 2024 when Lively accused Baldoni of sexual harassment while he filed a countersuit for $400 million, alongside a $250 million lawsuit against The New York Times for publishing Lively’s claims. Recently, Baldoni updated his lawsuit, asserting that embedded metadata in the NYT article indicates Lively and Reynolds’ "malicious and reckless" defamation began on October 31, 2024, suggesting premeditation before Lively’s lawsuit was filed.
