Russell Simmons Takes Flight At LAX Amid Nasty Lawsuit With Ex-Wife Kimora Lee Simmons

Def Jam Records co-founder Russell Simmons dons a salmon colored sweatshirt around his neck and two baseball caps on his head as he arrives at LAX. Russell has been embattled in a lawsuit with ex-wife Kimora Lee Simmons and her new husband, investment banker Tim Leissner. Simmons’ lawsuit alleges Kimora and Leissner used 4 million shares of their Celsius energy drink company in order to secure a $20 million bond in Leissner’s 2018 bribery and money-laundering scandal. Kimora has since sued Russell and is seeking $119,000 in legal fees.
