Sami Sheen Defends Cutting Dad Charlie Out of Her Life as She Brings Up His Past Drug Use: Watch

Sami, the daughter of Denise Richards, added text that read, "When people wonder why I haven’t spoken to my dad in a year but this is my dad," and captioned her post, "pretty much sums it up." On the show, Denise Richards & Her Wild Things, Sami revealed, "Me and my dad haven’t really spoken much in the past five months. Earlier this month, she revealed in a podcast that she often shielded their daughters from Charlie’s erratic behavior, saying, "If I was at a school performance and he was supposed to show up, I lied and said, ‘Dad had to work.’"
