Two new documentaries are digging into the Scott Peterson case that shocked the country over 20 years ago. Scott was found guilty of murdering his pregnant wife Laci, and now he’s breaking his silence from behind bars for the first time since his 2003 arrest in “Face to Face with Scott Peterson,” out August 20 on Peacock. In the Netflix doc “American Murder: Laci Peterson,” out August 14, Laci’s mom Sharon shares her surprising first impressions of her son-in-law. Scott’s mistress Amber Frey is also speaking out and releasing secret recorded phone calls.
