The legal team argued, “The government eventually dropped these allegations..but their lack of credibility was manifest from the outset.”
Additionally, the filing characterized the warrants as "unconstitutionally broad," arguing that the government suggested Combs himself constituted an "enterprise," making aspects of his personal life part of a supposed criminal conspiracy. It noted, “The government essentially took the position that everything about his life is possible evidence of a crime.”
During the raids linked to human trafficking claims, authorities reportedly seized 96 devices from Combs and discovered various alleged supplies associated with his "Freak Off" parties, where numerous individuals have claimed they were drugged and assaulted.
