South Korean pop group Stray Kids debuts at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart (dated April 2) with ‘Oddinary,’ marking not just the first chart-topper for the act, but its first chart entry. The seven-song set, recorded mostly in the Korean language, launches atop the list with 110,000 equivalent album units earned in the U.S. in the week ending March 24, according to Luminate, formerly MRC Data. Of that sum, album sales comprise 103,000 — the biggest sales week for an album in 2022.
