In the wake of Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin’s shocking divorce announcement, the action film icon is accused of unloading several marital assets in order to avoid splitting the equity. Flavin has demanded her soon-to-be ex husband not be permitted to sell of transfer any assets until divorce proceedings have concluded. Earlier this year, Stallone unloaded his 21,000 square foot Beverly Park mansion to singer Adele for a whopping $58 million after initially listing for $110 million.
