The Most Expensive Mansion In L.A. Sells For $126M In Bankruptcy Auction

The most expensive mansion in all of Los Angeles just sold for less than half its list price during Thursday’s bankruptcy auction. Known as ‘The One’, the sprawling estate was originally listed for a whopping $295 million before one of five bidders was ultimately able to secure the deal at $126 million. The home is located near the mansion of Jennifer Aniston and was the dream project of developer Nile Niami. The home covers 105,00 square feet and was once marketed for $500 million though no buyer was found. The home was placed into bankruptcy in October after creditors foreclosed on the $100+ million debt.
