Walton Goggins is checking into “The White Lotus” for Season 3, and “Extra” caught up with him at the L.A. premiere. He raved about getting to work with friends including Leslie Bibb, Parker Posey, and Michelle Monaghan and also revealed why he got emotional over landing the role on Mike White’s show. He also teased that the new season is “transcendent” and spoke about his character Rick, who is angry and running from his past when he travels to Thailand looking for answers. “The White Lotus” premieres February 16 on HBO and Max.
